Glasgow Queen Street Station is the smaller of the two city major train stations. The largest station is Glasgow Central Station. Queen street railway station is located between George Street to the south and Cathedral Street Bridge to the north, at the northern end of Queen Street adjacent to George Square. From Queen Street Station you can travel by train to/from the north, such as Aberdeen or to/from the east, such as Edinburgh. Edinburgh is a 45 minute train ride away.
