The resort of Zugspitze on the German/Austria border boasts the highest peak of the Wetterstein Mountains. Located in the Schneeferner glacier means that you can ski here for around 7 months of the year so it’s a much sought after holiday destination.
There are 14 easy slopes, 22 intermediate slopes and the more challenging terrain. A newly installed six-man chair lift will take you all the way to the top of the slopes. From here you can admire the stunning views before making your descent, great fun.
