Location — The Barcelona cruise terminal is at Port Vell in Barcelona which is at the Southern most end of the famous Ramblas. The seaport terminal is only 10 mins walk from the Ramblas. However there are several cruise terminals at the port and if you are in one of the terminals which is furthest from the Ramblas you would need to catch a shuttle bus which will take you to Monument a Colon (The memorial to Christopher Columbus) which is at the Southern most end of the Ramblas.
There is a large choice hotels near the docks of Port Barcelona, in Ciutat Vella district. Find hotels on La Rambla, near the beach or in the old Gothic Quarter.

The airport mainly serves domestic and European destinations, but some airlines offer destinations in Asia and the United States. The airport is connected to the city by highway, commuter train and scheduled bus service, 25-40 min. by taxi from El Prat Airport.
