Prague - Hlavni Nadrazi - Main Railway Station - Czech Republic :

Prague Main Train Station -- Hlavni Nadrazi (Main Train Station) is the biggest and busiest railway station in Prague. The train station is an international rail road hub. It is the most central, located just 5 minutes walk from Wenceslas Square.

Hlavni Nadrazi is a fairly large train station, split over several levels. There are various facilities, including cheap left luggage open 24 hours. Luggage storage is available both over the counter and in large lockers.Food stalls are abundant. Plus there are bureaux de change, an ATM and information services. This includes a small Prague Tourist Information Office in the centre of the lower hall, open daily, all year round.

Domestic services are provided by CD (Czech Railways). There are number of daily connections to Prague from major European cities.

Prague has several train stations, but if you are using an international train you are most probable to get off at the Main Railway Station, called also Wilsonovo Nadrazi (Hlavni Nadrazi) or at Holesovice Station (Nadrazi Holesovice). Both of them are connected by metro (red line C) to the rest of the city of Prague cz.

The Main Railway Station Art Nouveau structure houses a lofty dome, stained glass windows and carved faces of women representing Prague as the 'Mother of Cities'.
