London Waterloo Station -- Waterloo Station is the UK's largest station, originally built in 1848, covering an area of 24.5 acres. One of its most notable features is the Victory Arch, built of Portland Stone. This commemorates the London and South Western and the Southern Railway men who gave their lives in the First and Second World Wars.
Eurostar train services no longer call at Waterloo and the international part of Waterloo station is now closed. All Eurostar trains now run to and from St Pancras International Station.
Getting to the Train Station -- By Bus - Bus stops on Cab Road (inter-stations bus), which is wheelchair accessible and Waterloo Road (by exit 2).
By Underground - Waterloo is on the Bakerloo, Northern, Jubilee and Waterloo and City lines. Access via lift and/or escalators.
