Wals Siezenheim Football Stadium Salzburg -- Bullen-Arena , Stadion Wals-Siezenheim is located in Salzburg, Austria. It was officially opened in March 2003 and is the home ground of Red Bull Salzburg. Its current seating capacity is 16,850. For the 2008 European Football Championship the stadium will be expanded to seat 30,000. Stadion Wals-Siezenheim is the only stadium in the Austrian Bundesliga which uses an artificial turf.

Directions -- The stadium is about 6 / 7 miles from the train station. Trams - 1, 20, 28
Bus - StadtBus Line 1 from the Central Station. Your stop is the EM Stion Wals-Seisenheim.

# Arriving by car: If you are coming from Germany on the main roads – try to cross the border on the road from Bad Reichenhall. This leads you directly in the direction of Innsbrucker Bundesstrasse (see below).  
If you are coming on the motorway – don’t forget to purchase a permit sticker (Vignette) for the period you will be using the Austrian motorway.  
Cars arriving from all directions on the motorway should exit either in Wals or at the exit for the ‘Salzburg Flughafen’ airport. Follow signs leading into the city; these should filter traffic onto ‘Innsbrucker Bundesstraße’. This takes you past a large Mercedes dealership (on the right) and then through a tunnel under the runway. After the tunnel - carry on straight ahead through the first set of traffic lights. Turn right at the second set of traffic lights (red office building on the corner) into Karolingerstraße. Follow this road for just over a kilometre. There is parking on the right next to the tennis courts and parking also currently seems to be unofficially tolerated on the road sides.

Air Connections : Flying to Salzburg? If you're driving then its got to be one of the quickest journeys to a ground from an airport ever! I'ts just 5.6 miles up the West-Autobahn.

The Salzburg Airport W. A. Mozart is located in the western part of the city of Salzburg (approx. 4 km from the city center) directly next to the A1 motorway exit "Flughafen" (Exit 296).
