Seville - Royal Palace of Alcazar - Alcázares Reales de Sevilla - Spain :

Seville Alcazar Palace -- The Real Alcazar palace is an outstanding monument in the historic heart of Seville Spain, next to the cathedral of Seville and Giralda Tower. Initially it was a Moorish palace with similarities to the Alhambra, built by Moorish artisans for Pedro el Cruel in 1360. It contains many beautiful gardens and private rooms and, as it has been in the past, is the Royal residence for kings visiting Seville; this makes it the oldest active Royal palace in Europe. The Alcazar has been restored and modified during many centuries by different kings and rulers.

The Alcazar Palace is one of the most impressive monuments of Seville (los Reales Alcácares). You should not miss it when visiting the city centre of Seville.

The route is Puerta de Jerez and there are stops in streets Palos de la Frontera, Pedro de Castro, Enramadilla, avenida San Francisco Javier, Luis de Morales y Avenida Kansas City (next to Santa Justa station). The bus EA runs a regular service to and from the city and the main railway station. There are plenty of taxis outside the terminal building the fair to the city centre is about 20 Euro. There are also a number of leading car hire companies based at the airport.
